Hilary is the President and Owner of Martha’s Vineyard Construction Company—the only female-owned and operated construction company on the island.
On a daily basis, Hilary juggles many roles. She’s deeply involved in client relations from the very beginning of each project, focusing on both project and relationship development. She’s happiest when she’s on the ground, immersed in the day-to-day details. But what truly sets Hilary apart in her leadership style is her approachability. She’s sociable, easily connects with clients, and gets on their level quickly. She wants to understand the dreams and expectations the family has for their land or the home they’re building. Once she understands those details, she gives it her all. Hilary makes people feel as if she’s known them for twenty years, even when they’ve just met. Her goal? To earn their trust quickly.
