Cove Project
The Cove Project is a remarkable three-year transformation located on the north shore of Martha’s Vineyard. This extensive build involved demolition, renovation, and a new addition, creating a luxurious yet functional retreat for family gatherings and artistic pursuits. Designed by Kligerman Architecture & Design with interior touches by Steven Gambrel, the home was thoughtfully crafted to meet the owner’s unique needs. As an avid guitar player, the owner’s vision included a dedicated guitar room and a specially designed elevator to easily transport guitar equipment between floors. The residence also features a yoga studio and gym, ensuring both relaxation and wellness.
The design elegantly merges the home’s coastal setting with modern comforts, providing expansive spaces for entertainment, with a layout that encourages relaxation and connection. Featuring high-quality materials and custom details, the home includes beautifully designed areas such as the open-concept living room with a striking fireplace, a chef’s kitchen adorned with natural stone and warm cabinetry, and a stunning outdoor terrace overlooking the ocean.
