The original home was reimagined by Hutker Architects, with interior design by Hutker Interiors, over an 18 month period. The design beautifully honors the historic aspects of the property while introducing fresh, contemporary elements that maximize the site’s breathtaking views of the ocean.

The home features a series of seamless indoor-outdoor living spaces, designed to enhance the owner’s lifestyle and enjoyment of the landscape. Key highlights include a striking wine room with custom glass doors and a striking kitchen with views over the landscape, creating an ideal setting for both relaxation and entertaining. The beautifully designed exterior captures sweeping views of the Martha’s Vineyard coastline, with an outdoor space including a pool, hot tub and relaxing seating areas surrounded by lush landscaping, perfect for outdoor gatherings.
